隐私政策
本政策说明 SoloFit（开发者：wenren）在 iPhone、Apple Watch、配套服务和官网中如何处理信息。SoloFit 用于训练安排、记录与一般健身建议，不提供医疗诊断或治疗。
我们处理的信息
- 账号与资料：Apple 或 Google 登录提供的账号标识，以及你授权提供或自行设置的名称、头像。SoloFit 不获取你的 Apple 或 Google 密码。
- 训练信息：你填写的目标、经验、训练时间、器材、身体测量、动作限制与偏好，以及计划、动作、组次、时长、训练反馈和历史。
- 对话与教练记忆：你发送的消息、导入的计划文本、AI 回答，以及你手动保存或由对话形成的教练记忆。
- 订阅信息：Apple 提供的交易标识、产品、有效期、撤销状态及其与 SoloFit 账号的关联，用于校验会员权益。银行卡和 Apple 付款凭据由 Apple 处理，不由 SoloFit 收集。
- 运行与支持信息：账号和手表安装标识、同步状态、请求标识、时间、错误与性能记录，以及你主动发送到支持邮箱的邮件地址和内容。网络基础设施也会处理 IP 地址等连接信息。
Apple 健康与手表
经系统授权，Apple Watch 可读取心率与活动能量以显示训练指标，并将完成的训练写入 Apple 健康。手表通过配对的 iPhone 同步训练记录；逐点心率曲线不在当前训练回传协议中上传。
iPhone 可读取最近 28 个完整日期及今天的步数、睡眠和运动记录。仅在你启用健康摘要用于 AI 的功能后，相关摘要才会随新的教练消息发送至 SoloFit 服务端和 DeepSeek。该摘要包括步数、睡眠时段、运动类型、时间与时长，不包含运动路线或原始传感器样本。缺少记录不代表数值为零。
你可以在 App 设置中关闭该功能、删除已上传的健康摘要，并选择是否一并删除相关 AI 回答；也可以在 Apple 健康或系统设置中管理读取权限。关闭后停止后续使用，但无法撤回服务商已经收到的请求，也不会删除 Apple 健康中的原始记录。
AI 服务与其他服务商
当你请求教练回答或生成、调整计划时，SoloFit 会把完成请求所需的训练档案、相关对话、教练记忆和训练事实发送给 DeepSeek；健康摘要仅按上面的启用条件发送。AI 可能出错，请核对建议，身体不适时停止训练并寻求专业帮助。
Apple 和 Google 提供登录服务，Apple 处理 App Store 购买，Cloudflare 提供网站分发和网络连接服务。服务商依其适用规则处理收到的信息，处理地点可能在你所在国家或地区之外。参考 Apple 隐私政策、Google 隐私政策、DeepSeek 开放平台条款和 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
用途与保存
上述信息用于账号服务、个性化训练、记录同步、AI 回答、会员校验、故障诊断、安全与用户支持。SoloFit 不接入广告 SDK，不进行跨 App 广告追踪，也不出售健康信息或将其用于广告。
账号关联的档案、对话、记忆和训练记录在提供账户功能所需期间保存。健康摘要在 SoloFit 的可用期最长为 30 天，到期后不再用于回答，服务会清理过期内容；相关 AI 回答保留在聊天记录中，直到你使用相应的删除功能。第三方 AI 服务商对已收到请求的保存方式以其规则为准。
你的控制与删除
在「档案 → 账户与安全」中可以导出数据或删除账号。账号删除会删除服务端账号及其关联业务数据；必要的删除审计或交易记录可能按对应规则保留。你还可以在 App 中管理头像、档案、聊天和教练记忆。删除 SoloFit 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请通过 Apple 的订阅设置管理续订。
网络传输使用 HTTPS，登录凭据在设备上使用系统钥匙串保存；任何系统都无法承诺绝对安全。我们更新数据用途时会更新本政策，并在需要时更新 App 内授权说明。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SoloFit, developed by wenren, handles information in its iPhone app, Apple Watch companion, supporting services and website. SoloFit provides workout planning, recording and general fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Information we process
- Account and profile: identifiers supplied by Sign in with Apple or Google, and names or avatars you authorize or choose. SoloFit does not receive your Apple or Google password.
- Training information: goals, experience, schedule, equipment, body measurements, movement limitations and preferences, plus plans, exercises, sets, duration, feedback and workout history.
- Conversations and coach memory: messages you send, imported plan text, AI responses, and memories saved manually or from conversations.
- Subscriptions: Apple transaction identifiers, products, expiry and revocation status, and the associated SoloFit account, to verify membership. Apple handles payment card details and Apple payment credentials; SoloFit does not collect them.
- Operations and support: account and watch installation identifiers, synchronization status, request identifiers, timestamps, error and performance records, and the email address and contents of messages you send to support. Network infrastructure also processes connection information such as IP addresses.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
With system authorization, the watch can read heart rate and active energy for workout metrics and save completed workouts to Apple Health. It syncs workout records through the paired iPhone. Individual heart-rate trend samples are not uploaded in the current workout transfer protocol.
The iPhone can read steps, sleep and workout records for the previous 28 complete dates and today. Only when you enable the use of health summaries for AI are relevant summaries sent with new coach messages to SoloFit and DeepSeek. They contain steps, sleep periods, workout types, times and durations, not workout routes or raw sensor samples. Missing records do not mean zero.
In App Settings you can turn this feature off, delete uploaded health summaries, and choose whether to delete associated AI answers. You can also manage read access in Apple Health or system settings. Turning it off stops future use; it cannot recall requests already received by a service provider, and it does not delete original Apple Health records.
AI and other service providers
When you ask the coach a question or request plan generation or changes, SoloFit sends DeepSeek the training profile, relevant conversation, coach memories and training facts needed for the request. Health summaries are sent only under the enablement conditions above. AI can be inaccurate. Review suggestions, stop if you feel unwell, and seek appropriate professional help.
Apple and Google provide authentication; Apple processes App Store purchases; Cloudflare provides website delivery and network connectivity. Providers process received information under their applicable terms, potentially outside your country or region. Purposes and retention
We use this information for account services, personalized training, synchronization, AI responses, membership verification, troubleshooting, security and support. SoloFit includes no advertising SDK, does not conduct cross-app advertising tracking, and does not sell health information or use it for advertising.
Account-associated profiles, conversations, memories and workout records are kept for the operation of account features. Health summaries remain available in SoloFit for up to 30 days; expired summaries are no longer used for answers and their contents are cleared by the service. Related AI answers remain in chat history until you use the corresponding deletion feature. Third-party AI providers apply their own retention rules to requests they have received.
Your controls and deletion
Use Profile → Account & Security to export data or delete your account. Account deletion removes the server account and its associated business data; necessary deletion-audit or transaction records may remain under applicable rules. You can also manage your avatar, training profile, chats and coach memories in the app. Deleting a SoloFit account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage renewal in Apple's subscription settings.
Network transmission uses HTTPS and device login credentials are stored in the system Keychain. No system can promise absolute security. We update this policy when data practices change and update in-app authorization information when needed.
